Eagle-Eye Cherry to Release Seventh Album « Become A Light » on September 26, Followed by EuropeanTour

Eagle-Eye Cherry is back with fresh energy and sharper lyrics. His new single “Hate To Love” marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter – one where raw emotion blends with razor-sharp songwriting.

Written in collaboration with Mark Stoermer of The Killers and Jamie Hartman (Rag’n’Bone Man, Lewis Capaldi), “Hate To Love” dives deep into the emotional tug-of-war of complex relationships. Lines like “Tell me baby, you seem so disappointed – am I not the thing you wanted?” reflect the heart of the track: the struggle of being the one you hate to love, yet can’t let go of.

The track is the first glimpse of a new studio album, set for release this fall. On the record, Eagle-Eye partly returns to his post-punk roots from New York, while staying true to his signature organic sound.
